Community-Based Learning
UNLOCK DIGI uses a community-based learning approach to reach adults who may have limited access to formal digital education. By working with educators, community leaders, NGOs, and local institutions, the project creates a trusted learning environment where Roma and immigrant parents can feel supported and encouraged.
Practical Digital Skills for Real Life
Our training focuses on practical digital skills that adults need in everyday life. Learners are supported in using online public services, communicating with schools, searching for jobs, accessing learning platforms, using digital banking safely, and protecting themselves online.
Inclusive and Culturally Sensitive Education
We design learning materials that are accessible, multilingual, and culturally sensitive. The project recognises that Roma and immigrant parents may face language barriers, low digital confidence, and different educational backgrounds. Therefore, our approach uses simple language, visual materials, hands-on activities, and flexible learning formats.
Train-the-Trainer Model
UNLOCK DIGI strengthens the capacity of educators and community leaders through training activities and interactive learning methods. These trained professionals become digital mentors who can continue supporting learners in their own communities, creating a sustainable multiplier effect.

Digital Platform and Open Resources
The project develops an accessible e-learning platform and digital literacy curriculum that remain available beyond the project period. These resources support self-paced learning, community engagement, and continuous access to digital education.
Safety, Confidence, and Civic Participation
Our approach goes beyond basic digital skills. We help learners become confident and responsible digital citizens by focusing on online safety, media literacy, misinformation awareness, privacy, and the use of digital tools for civic participation.
Sustainable Impact
UNLOCK DIGI aims to create long-term impact by embedding project results into partner organisations, community programs, and future digital inclusion initiatives. The project supports the Erasmus+ priorities of digital transformation, inclusion and diversity, and lifelong learning for all citizens.
